Over 40 Animals waiting for Adoptions

Great News Thanks to a donation from the Dorothy Thomas Trust all dog adoptions have been sponsored by $35.00 and all cat adoption by $25.00!!!!

Now is the perfect time to adopt a new pet

PAPER TOWELS NEEDED

We currently have a need for paper towels.  We use them to clean the dog kennels and cat cages.  It is more economical and sanitary than using and washing cloth towels.  You can donate the paper towels or donate money to be used for the purchase of paper towels.  A great way for a club, school or service organization to help is by having a paper towel drive.  The best part is all donations are tax deductible.  If you have any questions, please call VVAPL at (760) 247-2102.

 

Did you know that you can sponsor an adoption even if you can't take the animal yourself?

By donating $35.00, you can sponsor an animal waiting for adoption.  Many times this is all that's needed to motivate  someone to give an animal a chance.

AMMO

       Ammo is a male 6 to 8-month-old Retriever Mix.  This stray pup had a puncture wound when he arrived at VVAPL.  After medical attention, his wound is healed, and he’s ready to find his forever home.  This precious puppy is a bit shy at first, but it won’t take long for him to snuggle against you and lap up your caresses.  This active puppy enjoys running and chasing balls in the play yard, but he also has a gentle, relaxing side.  He won’t get much bigger than his 26 pounds.  Ammo is good with dogs, cats and children.  He is waiting to meet YOU and become a loving, loyal member of your family.  Visit www.facebook.com/vvapl.humanesociety for more pictures of Ammo.

 

CODY

       Cody is a male 2-year-old Orange Tabby.  He was adopted and liked to stay close to his owner's feet.  Unfortunately his owner was afraid of falling over him, so returned him.  This gentle boy enjoys being snuggled, cuddled and caressed.  He also loves to play with his cat toys.  Even with his playful side, you can sense his laid back nature.  Cody is good with cats, dogs and children.  Come down and meet Cody, and you’ll be convinced this gentle, playful guy will be a perfect fit for your family.  Visit www.facebook.com/vvapl.humanesociety for more pictures of Cody.
